A Bit About Me
I am a dedicated educator, mentor, and mindset coach with over a decade of experience shaping the lives of students, parents, and educators. My journey in education began with volunteering at a low-income school, where I worked closely with underprivileged children, and soon evolved into a leadership role as a Teach for India Fellow for three years. During my fellowship, I passionately contributed to the growth and development of my students while cultivating a mindset of perseverance, growth, and purpose.
Following my time as a fellow, I continued to grow within the education field. With over 5 years of experience as a Teacher Trainer and Organizational Counselor, I have empowered countless teachers to reach their potential and support students with love, patience, and understanding. In my role as an Operational Leader at a low-income community school, I further strengthened my ability to lead, mentor, and make meaningful changes in education, all while maintaining a focus on holistic growth.
Journey to Becoming a Coach
My deep desire to create positive change led me to explore the world of self-help and personal growth. My personal philosophy revolves around breaking generational patterns and empowering individuals—especially South Asian Muslim mothers, educators, and homeschoolers—to approach life with calmness, intentionality, and empathy.
My extensive training includes courses in Unschooling, Anokhay Parenting with Maryam Munir, Anokhay Mentor to name a few. Currently I am pursuing the "Anokhay Coaches - Certified Trauma-Informed Parent Coaching Program".
Additionally, my experience as a NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner enhances my ability to guide individuals in shifting their mindset and breaking through limiting beliefs.
Through my experiences and continuous learning, I have developed a unique, empathetic approach to coaching. I believes in nurturing meaningful, value-based connections and providing the tools to help my clients live with intention and purpose.
Who I Am
I am an educator, mentor, and passionate believer in nurturing confident, faith-driven children.
Over the last 10+ years, I have worked with parents, teachers, and students to create environments where children thrive emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually.
I have worked closely with the Shama Madrasa School team, shaping a holistic vision for Islamic education. I have trained teachers, guided school management teams, and inspired parents to build deeper, more meaningful connections with their children.
I am also an unschooling mother of three, learning and growing every day with my own kids because parenting is a journey we walk together.

What Our Clients Say
“It was fabulous to take these coaching sessions. For the first time, I spoke to someone who truly values children and their upbringing. From the very beginning, I was able to share all my hardships openly, and my coach listened carefully and responded with care. Through the sessions, I learned the importance of Repetition and Validation in parenting ,concepts that were not clear to me before. My coach guided me with love, helped me make meaningful changes in my parenting style, and even supported my personal growth. I would definitely recommend these sessions to all parents in my community. Our society needs this improvement in parenting so that both parents and children can heal. Thank you and God bless you for your precious time.”- Sidra Shehzadi

Alhamdulillah, the sessions were very good. I gained insight and clarity that what I was doing in terms of Respectful Parenting was actually the right approach. I had been in doubt whether Respectful Parenting was right or wrong, and my coach helped me understand and feel confident in this path. What I found most valuable was that I felt truly heard and understood rather than judged. Through speaking openly, I was able to find answers to many of my own questions. I also learned the importance of self-care ,even small practices like a 15-minute walk or 5 minutes of yoga can make a big difference, and this was one of the best pieces of advice I received. I would definitely recommend these sessions to other parents. The first two sessions gave me space to be listened to, and the last two sessions offered both listening and supportive guidance, which I found especially helpful. My coach had a polite tone and a calming presence, and I believe she will be a very good coach in the future, In Sha Allah. Good luck! Helpfulness of sessions: 5/5 – Very helpful
